What are latex gloves?

Latex gloves are made from premium quality rubber latex which is one of the most popular varieties of disposable rubber gloves on the market. With high levels of flexibility, protection, and comfort, disposable latex gloves are suitable for most medical environments - as long as latex allergies are not an issue.

What are powdered latex gloves?

Powdered gloves are coated in cornstarch which makes the gloves easier to don and remove, effectively reducing the risk of tearing the glove. Powdered latex gloves are extremely comfortable to wear, and the reduction in moisture can help to avoid irritation of the hands while wearing the gloves. Traditionally, powdered latex gloves were preferred in healthcare fields, because easy donning and removal, dexterity, and touch sensitivity are critical in these roles.

What are nitrile gloves?

Constructed from a synthetic rubber, Nitrile gloves are an ideal option where latex allegories are a concern. Nitrile is close to latex in fit, feel, dexterity, and durability, but is more resistant to oils, fats, solvents, and chemicals, making them ideal for the chemical industry, laboratories, photochemical industry, agricultural or pesticides applications, meat processing, and medical applications.

What are the optimal storage conditions for gloves?

Gloves are best to be stored in a cool, dry place avoiding excessive heat (30°C 86°F). An opened box should be shielded from exposure to direct sunlight and fluorescent lightings. The maximum shelf life is up to 3 years.
